Trump Impeachment Inquiry - Public Hearings

WASHINGTON, D.C., UNITED STATES

The first public hearings are set to begin in an impeachment inquiry that may seek to remove US President Donald Trump from office. Acting Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs George Kent will testify in the first open hearing to look into claims that President Trump pressured Ukraine to publicly announce an investigation into political rival Joe Biden.
