UN Syria Constitutional Committee

U.N. envoy for Syria said that the launching of an inclusive committee to establish a new constitution should be "a sign of hope" .Syrian Government and the Syrian Negotiations Commission had agreed to form “a credible, balanced and inclusive Constitutional Committee that will be facilitated by the UN in Geneva on 31 of October .
