King of Jordan, Abdullah II, will visit, accompanied by Her Majesty the Queen of Jordan, Rania, at the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, Italy on March 29 to receive as a gift, from the friars of the Sacred Convent, the Lamp of the Peace of St. Francis. German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, and Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, will also be present at the meeting in the Basilica of San Francesco.
