Two civilians were killed and 11 wounded when a car bomb exploded Tuesday in Tal Afar district of Nineveh province in Iraq. The State Security Information Center said that "a terrorist attack was carried out by a car bomb (pickup) was stationed in the area of Ras Al-Jadah, killing two civilians and wounding 11 others".
