First in history Polish pro-choice rally in support of legal abortion will walk through Warsaw on September 30. The demonstration is organised to celebrate the International Safe Abortion Day.

Organisers stressed out that it's the first demonstration in support of legal abortion, not in defence of Polish 'abortion compromise'. Current abortion laws in Poland only allow the procedure in cases of foetal abnormality, rape and incest or if there is a risk to the health of the mother.
