G7 CANADA 2018
QUEBEC CITY AND CHARLEVOIX, CANADA
JUNE 7TH-9TH, 2018

The 44th G7 summit will be held on June 8 and 9, 2018 at Le Manoir Richelieu in the Charlevoix region of Quebec, Canada. The G7 is made up of the seven G7 member states- Canada, Japan, Germany, Italy, France, the United States, the United Kingdom- and will be attended by representatives from the European Union. Ongoing trade disputes and the newly confirmed June 12th summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Trump will likely attract much of the focus of the G7.

EUROVISION Special Events in collaboration with AFP-Services will offer the following facilities onsite:

• Multiple standup positions in Quebec City from the International Media Center
• Additional standup facilities available for pool members from Le Manoir Richelieu in Charlevoix. Please note a pool overlay is required to access these positions.
• Playout (with members own camera, player)
• Non-equipped workspaces with HB signal, AFP video, wifi, and power. Additional dedicated internet and phone lines also availble for an additional charge.
• Connectivity to the Eurovision Global Network

The next Group of Seven Summit will take place in Quebec, Canada, June 8-9.

Leaders from France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Japan, the UK and the US will meet in the picturesque region of Charlevoix.

Climate change, North Korea and Iran will be on the top agenda for this year’s gathering of leaders from the seven wealthy democracies.

The Associated Press will provide broadcast facilities in Quebec City and Charlevoix:

QUEBEC CITY:
The main International Media Centre will be located at the Québec City Convention Centre (QCCC)
Available broadcast facilities include:
*Live stand-up positions
*Workspace with wifi and access to G7 pool and AP video material
*Dedicated internet
*Multilingual reporters for live reports

CHARLEVOIX - LE MANOIR RICHELIEU:
This is the location where the G7 leaders will meet. A secondary media center will be established next to Le Manoir Richelieu for media pool representatives only.

*Workspace with wifi provided by the organizers
