At least 40 have been killed and 50 injured in a double blast in the Afghan capital of Kabul, one took place near a mosque and the other reportedly hit a cultural center. There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.

At least four people have been killed and six wounded in a blast in Kabul at the office of the Afghan Voice news agency, the health ministry has said.
Local media reported an explosion early on Thursday.
1TV News, quoting an interior ministry spokesman, said a suicide bomber was likely to have been behind the attack.
