CATALAN LEADERS SUPREME COURT HEARING
MADRID, SPAIN, 09 NOVEMBER 2017

Six lawmakers including Catalan parliament speaker Carme Forcadell are set to appear before a Supreme Court judge to be questioned on a probe into the legislative's passing of an independence declaration from Spain. The six face charges of rebellion, sedition and misuse of public funds that can be punished with up to 30 years of imprisonment.
