Rescue efforts continue after a massive 7.1 earthquake in Puebla state, 75 miles from Mexico City. At least 200 people have been killed including 20 children from one school. Initial reports say that at least 44 buildings have collapsed completely in the capital city. The massive quake struck on the anniversary of the 1985 earthquake that killed 5,000 people in the Mexico City area.
