PRESIDENT MACRON SPEECH AT REUNION DU CONGRES VERSAILLES, FRANCE 03 JULY 2017 President Macron will give a speech to members of Parliament on Monday the 3rd of July. He will give the speech in a Reunion de Congres in Versailles, a move that is usnusual for a French president and critisized by the opposition.
