INVICTUS GAMES
TORONTO, CANADA | 23-30 SEPTEMBER 2017
Toronto will host the next Invictus Games, the only international adaptive sporting event in the world for wounded, injured, and sick soldiers and veterans.
The Invictus Games were created by Prince Harry as a way to inspire and motivate wounded soldiers on their path to recovery.
This year's competition will showcase 550 competitors from 17 nations including Australia, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Iraq, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
Prince Harry says his late mother Princess Diana drew spotlight to causes and issues that didn't get attention. Now he's following in her footsteps as he promotes the Invictus Games for wounded veterans.
