Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Binali Yildirim will hold a major rally in Istanbul at Yenikapi square, to campaign for the 'Yes' vote during the constitutional referendum. The rally will be held at 13:00 GMT. The participants will have access to special transportation to take them to the meeting spot.
