ASEAN FOREIGN MINISTERS MEETING
MANILA, PHILIPPINES
06-08 AUGUST 2017
The Foreign Ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN ) are scheduled to meet in Manilla, Phillipines on August 6th.
The US Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson is scheduled to visit the Philippines in August and join the ASEAN foreign ministers' meeting.
Mr Tillerson has already chaired a meeting with the ASEAN group on May 4 in the U.S. capital.
The foreign ministers will discuss ways to cooperate on national security issues, among other topics.
