Twin explosions have rocked Afghan capital of Kabul. Over 20 killed and at least 45 injured,
as The Afghan Health Ministry toldearlier. According to local officials, one of the blasts was carried out by a suicide bomber, while the second one was hapenned by a car bomb.
Taliban group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
