Federal Prosecutor’s Office to comment on detention made in relation to Berlin Christmas market attack

The Federal Prosecutor’s Office will hold a news conference on Thursday afternoon (14.00 GMT) in Karlsruhe. They were to decide whether to formally arrest a Tunisian man on charges related to the truck attack at a Christmas market in Berlin.

German prosecutors say they have detained a Tunisian man who they think may have been involved in the Berlin Christmas market attack that killed 12 people.
