Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced on Wednesday that Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the U.S. will hold a quadrilateral summit on Syria in Swiss town of Lausanne on Saturday and Sunday October 15-16.
‘’Russia wants countries with influence in Syrian conflict to initiate a new round of negotiations for a ceasefire. Qatar could be included in the meeting’’ Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

Foreign ministers of Russia ,United States ,Saudi Arabia ,Quatar and Turkey to take part in Syria talks Saturday 15 of October in Lausanne.
Since the US suspended bilateral contact with Moscow last week Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry agreed to hold talks aimed at creating the conditions for the resolution of the Syrian crisis. They will be joined by other key regional powers.
