An inter-cultural conference "New Horizons 2016: Think Tank Europe" will take place in Passau, Germany at 22 September. The conference aims at providing unique and innovative platform where policy makers, business people, intellectuals, and the civil society discuss Europe’s most pressing problems: The European debt crisis such as the borders are being closed and maximum number of refugees has been determined in addition to the growing divisions between European member states will be in the agenda of the conference. The speakers include the EU commissioner for the budget, Kristalina Georgieva.
