GERMANY l 5-8 October 2016

King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden will pay a state visit to Germany on 5-8 October at the invitation of German President Joachim Gauck.
This state visit is an opportunity to strengthen the political, economic and cultural ties between the two countries. In addition to the German capital Berlin, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia will also visit the cities of Hamburg, Wittenberg and Leipzig.
