A special task force of the Brandenburg police arrested a 27 year old man in Eisenhüttenstadt. The police found explosives in his apartment, a spokesman in Frankfurt (Oder) said. The German Press Agency reported, the suspect is German, has a Salafi background and planned a bomb attack on the city festival in Eisenhüttenstadt at the end of August.
