As the investigation continues for the Bastille day attack in Nice, a distressed country is beginning to train its anger on President Hollande and his government. After three major attacks in France over the past 18 months, many French nationals have started seeing their leaders as inefficient against an enemy they have been unable to root out.

On Sunday, Prime Minister Manuel Valls said there was no quick answer. “There will be more attacks. This is difficult to say, but other lives will be lost”, adding that terrorism will be a part of their daily lives for a long time. This statement has inevitably caused more anger amongst French citizens.
