John Kerry will head to Brussels and London Monday for consultations on the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union.
Mr. Kerry will meet with the EU’s foreign-policy chief, Federica Mogherini, and later in London will meet U.K. Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.
