Overon
Ministers will hold an orientation debate on the revision of the European consensus on development. The Council will also address migration and development, following up on the situation 6 months after the Valletta summit, with a focus on the Emergency Trust Fund and high-level dialogues.
The 13th of May, Ministers will review negotiations with the United States on a transatlantic trade and investment partnership (TTIP).

The Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union that takes place on 13 May will focus on trade issues.
On 13 May, the Council will discuss the follow-up to the World Trade Organization ministerial conference in Nairobi in December last year as well as the crisis in the steel industry; ministers will review negotiations with the United States on a transatlantic trade and investment partnership (TTIP), they will also discuss a draft EU-Canada comprehensive economic and trade agreement (CETA).
