The president of the European Council, Donald Tusk, is to visit Turkey. On 3 March, he will meet the prime minister, Ahmet Davutoğlu, in Ankara, and take part in a wreath-laying in commemoration of the victims of the recent terrorist attack in Ankara. On 4 March, Mr Tusk will meet the president of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in Istanbul. The visit comes ahead of a special EU-Turkey summit on the migrant crisis
