UNITED NATIONS, GENEVA, 01 MARCH 2016 The 31st regular session of the Human Rights Council is an Annual high-level panel discussion on human rights which will focus this year on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and human rights, with an emphasis on the right to development. Among others Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will address the Human Rights Council on March the 1st.
