Hundreds of migrants living in a camp, also known as the Jungle in the French city of Calais have been ordered to leave.

There are about 4000 to 6000 men, women and children living in the camp. Most are hoping to seek asylum in Britain.
An estimate 1000 people will be affected by the eviction order of part of the camp. Shacks and temporary housing will be replaced by shipping containers.

The French government's plan to clear part of the Calais migrant camp known as the "Jungle" has been approved by a court in Lille.
