Grimaldi Forum, Monaco, 6-9 December 2014

The 127th IOC Session is being held in Monaco, Principality of Monaco, from 7 to 9 December 2014 (Executive board from 5 to 7 December and Session on 8 and 9 December).

The 127th IOC Session is taking decisions on key policy issues following the consultation process and discussions initiated by IOC President Thomas Bach as part of Olympic Agenda 2020 – a strategic roadmap that will shape the future of the Olympic Movement.

All meetings take place at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, 10 Avenue Princesse Grace.

The IOC will provide free of charge to all participants the following HD coverage through the Eurovision network,. All timings GMT - UPDATE as of Dec. 9th:

The participation to the transmissions above is free of charge. If you wish to participate to a specific transmission or all, please send your request to bookings@eurovision.net and you will receive the relevant synopsis as a registered participant

Broadcasters wishing to have access to more IOC Session coverage, live or differed, can book and pay for a feed. Please send your request to newsoperations@eurovision.net

Please refer to the IOC Session schedule and advise in your request a start & end time in GMT, one hour booking minimum. Confirmation subject to availability at the time of your booking.

Dec. 9th AMENDEMENTS for chargeable Multi transmissions per participation:

Dec 9th - 0800-1130: IOC Session (IOC HQ, Election of the host city of the 130th IOC Session in 2017, Recognition of a NOC, IOC Honorary Members & Olympic Ords, Women & Sport Awards, Family Photo-op)

In addition, Eurovision Special Events offers production and transmission facilities at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco

Eurovision Special Events will provide the following facilities:

Direct HD and SD connectivity to the Eurovision Global Network
Standup positions for live programme inserts
Playout (multi-format)
Free of charge access to available pool host coverage on Distribution Amplifier for own recordings in common area of Media Centre
Dubbing or clips of available pool coverage on tape or USB sticks
World Feeds distribution of available IOC Session coverage
Special production packages are available upon request
