On Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September the VELUX EHF Champions League qualification phase of the European Handball Federation will be played in Hasselt, Belgium.

In the semi-final Belgium's champion Hubo Initia Hasselt will face the Romanian title holders HCM Constanta, while Norway's Haslum HK will encounter Turkey's Besiktas JK.

Schedule (All times CET):

Saturday 6th September:
5.30 PM - Besiktas (TUR) vs HC Haslum (NOR)
8 PM - Initia Hasselt (BEL) vs Constanta (ROM)

Sunday 7th September:
2.45 PM - Game for third place
5 PM - Final

Only the winner of this tournament will secure a ticket in the competition's Champions League group phase as five clubs including the defending champions SG Flensburg-Handewitt and the record winners FC Barcelona already await them in Group B.
