The Associate Director of Content & Creative Operations will create an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. This role includes leading the team’s input in the yearly planning process, leading day-to-day operations to ensure smooth project and strategy execution, overseeing department resources like budget and capacity, and promoting strong operations throughout the department. This leader should be hands-on and willing to take action, passionate about their work, detail-focused, and a strong problem-solver. They’ll find simple, scalable solutions to sophisticated challenges, have strong project management skills, and be able to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. |
