Reuters is looking for a talented television news journalist to join the team in our regional TV hub in Gdansk, Poland, to gather news, produce video and output stories from the 16 countries that make up the lively Central and Eastern Europe region, spanning from the Baltics to the Balkans. Helping to deliver breaking and planned news coverage to more than 1,000 broadcasters and hundreds of digital outlets around the world, you will have a strong ability to remain focused and organised under pressure and a passion for working with high-performance teams. You should be excited about international news and have an ability to work to tight deadlines. This is a full-time contract position on a shift pattern that involves a rotating shift pattern, with some Monday-Friday shifts, some 7-day fortnight work, including 2 weekends a month, late shifts and possible late notice shifts and travel on breaking news. |
