The Digital Marketing Strategist sits in the Digital Marketing team, reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager. The team is part of a wider team of 15 people encompassing Creative and Digital Content. The team operates as a centre of expertise, providing senior strategic consultancy and digital marketing transformation to the organisation.

Within this team you will be working closely with other marketing and content specialist including UX, web development, email marketing, video and production and design. We are a highly collaborative team, learning from one another and building on each other strengths. 

Purpose of Post
The Digital Marketing Strategist is primarily responsible for providing digital marketing strategy across a broad range of channels, supporting client teams to deliver effective, sector leading digital marketing campaigns. In addition, this role leads the crossorganisational paid social strategy, ensuring the optimum use and growth of this channel.

Responsibilities
As a digital marketing strategist, you will:

• Support teams to plan innovative digital media campaigns and projects across a range of digital channels (paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, mobile and online video), providing informed recommendations and ensuring teams are supported to deliver effective digital marketing activity

• Build strong relationships with teams, developing an understanding of their fundraising, direct response and brand KPIs and objectives

• Support widespread adoption of digital marketing and effective cross-organisational digital collaboration through a consultancy culture

• Manage key relationships with our marketing agencies and platforms including TKF and Facebook
