| Your Role Accountabilities • Track sports FER/VOD asset delivery through internal processing workflows through to affiliate platforms. • Troubleshoot failed content deliveries and coordinate resolution activities. • Liaise with ingest and support teams to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner. • Follow up on missing thumbnails and metadata with relevant teams. • Perform quality control checks and edit video files where issues arise and automated processes have failed. • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, responding to queries and issues relating to delayed or faulty content. • Escalate system and workflow issues to the appropriate technical teams. • Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. • Stay informed on system updates and workflow changes. • Ensure comprehensive shift handovers with colleagues. • Partner with the VOD Scheduling team to review upcoming schedules and coordinate late changes. • Collaborate with local sports teams, scheduling, bookings, and ingest teams to plan for upcoming high-profile events. |
