Media outlet in Kyiv offers to liaise with foreign journalists
Kyiv, February 2022: The Kyiv Independent has published the names of two people who are willing to liaise with foreign journalists about the situation on the ground.
One is a former journalist and political activist - now serving as an officer in the Ukrainian armed forces - called Victor Tregubov. The other is Liubov Tsybulska, the head of the Ukrainian Center of Strategic Communications and Information Security.
