Dozens of police and ambulances have closed streets in Mayfair this afternoon as they respond to a ‘major incident’

It has since been confirmed that a man suffered a heart attack. Initial concerns were that the man had been poisoned - hence the large police and ambulance response.

The man subsequently died.
