DIFF DUBAI FILM FESTIVAL
MADINAT JUMEIRAH, DUBAI
06-13 DECEMBER 2017

The 14th Edition of DIFF – Dubai International Film Festival, will be held 6-13 December at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai.

More than 120 films from all over the world in more than 40 languages are to be presented at this edition of the festival which will run parallel to the Dubai Film Market (DFM). DFM gives a unique opportunity to the industry to meet and do business with new film markets from the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

DIFF was launched in 2004 and has been expanding ever since. The festival provides great new opportunities for Arab filmakers as well as giving audiences the opportunity to judge new talent and distinctive flim making. The DIFF not only celebrates excellence in the film industry but also intends to promote dialogue and communication between cultures and nations.

DIFF is officially recognized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) and the winning short of the Muhr Short Competition will qualify for Oscar® nominations.
