GENEVA INTERNATIONAL MOTOR SHOW PRESS DAYS GENEVA, SWITZERLAND 7 - 8 MARCH, 2017 The 87th edition of the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) will take place from March 9-19, 2017 at the Palexpo Exhibition Halls with the Press Days for the International Media taking place on the 7th and 8th of March, 2017. Halls 1 and 6 will be dedicated to automobile manufacturers, designers, and preparation specialists, while Hall 7 will be reserved for representatives of the Swiss automobile industry. The Geneva International Motor Show is the only international Motor Show recognised by the OICA (International Organisation of Automobile Constructors) that takes place every year in Europe and is a member of the “Top 5” automotive shows worldwide. In 2016 the exhibition halls of Palexpo were packed and more than 130 World and European Premiers were presented to more than 10,000 media representatives from all over the world, bearing witness to the Show’s importance.
