Mexico will host Pool D in the 2017 World Baseball Classic an international professional baseball competition.

Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Italy will play against each other at the Estadio Charros de Jalisco in Zapopan, Mexico. The winner and runner-up of this group will move forward to the second stage which takes place at the Petco Park Stadium in San Diego, USA.
