Some of the world’s biggest oil producers have agreed to cut production for the first time since the financial crisis in 2008, sending crude prices surging. The oil producers cartel OPEC is expected to agree to concrete levels of production for country at its formal meeting on 30 November in Vienna.
Many oil traders remain sceptical about the decision, saying they want to see the exact details of the deal before passing judgement.
