EU INFORMAL DEFENCE MINISTERS MEETING
BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA
27 SEPTEMBER, 2016

Bratislava will host an informal meeting of the defence ministers of the EU’s 28 Member States on 27 September.

The ministers are also set to hold talks on cooperation between the EU and NATO. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg will also be in attendance. The key topic of the informal meeting, which will be chaired by the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini, is a discussion on the implementation of the defence aspects of the EU Global Strategy on Foreign and Security Policy.
