The foreign ministers of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France are due to meet in Munich in the so-called Normandy format one year after a peace deal was agreed in Minsk, the German Foreign Ministry announced Friday.

The meeting will take place early Saturday February 13th at the sidelines of the 52nd Munich Security Conference, where foreign policy and defence experts are meeting to discuss global security challenges.
