The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is expected to hold its 168th Ordinary meeting in the Austrian capital of Vienna on 4 December 2015.
The OPEC consists of 12 petroleum-exporting countries in the Middle East, Africa and South America.
