Luxembourg, 05-06 November 2015

The 12th Asia-Europe Foreign Ministers' Meeting will take place on 5 and 6 November 2015 at the European Convention Center in Luxembourg.

The ASEM FMM12 will be chaired by Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and hosted by the Government of Luxembourg.

The Foreign Ministers' Meeting will be a very important occasion as it will prepare the 20th anniversary at the 11th ASEM Meeting (ASEM11) in Mongolia next year. It will also take place just a few weeks before the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris. As such, climate change and the future of ASEM, along with international and regional issues, are likely to feature high on the agenda.

51 Foreign Ministers from 30 European and 21 Asian countries are expected to participate in the two-day meeting.
