Friday 3 July 2015, the Luxembourg government will meet with the European Commission to start off the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
A joint press conference will be given by Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, and Xavier Bettel, Prime Minister, Minister of State, at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) on the 3 July 2015 around 12.30 p.m.

The government of Luxembourg will kick start its six month presidency of the Council of the European Union in meetings with EU Commissioners on the 3rd of July.
The gathering serves as a formal handover of dossiers between presidencies.
A joint press conference by President of the European Commission - Jean-Claude Juncker and Xavier Bettel, Luxembourg's minister of State, will follow.
