Russia said Wednesday that France will hand over a Mistral-class warship to Russian navy on November 14, but the manufacturer immediately denied setting a date amid pressure on Paris to scrap the deal.

In the meantime French finance minister Michel Sapin told French radio on Thursday conditions have not yet been met for France to hand over the Mistral helicopter carrier to Russia
