Australia will host this year’s G20 in the city of Brisbane on 15-16 November 2014.

Heads of government from the 19 leading industrialised nations and the EU are expected to attend the two-day summit.

The G20 nations are : Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Republic of Korea, Russia, Saudia Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, UK and US.

The 2014 G20 Leaders Summit, the most important event in the G20 year, will be held on 15 and 16 November in Brisbane, Queensland. This will be the most significant meeting of world leaders that Australia has hosted with as many as 4,000 delegates and 3,000 media representatives expected to attend.

Global Television are the official Host Broadcaster for the Australia G20 Summit in November 2014

We will produce live multi-camera coverage of key elements of the G20 summit including airport arrivals, the official welcome, opening remarks, family photo and all press conferences at the International Media Centre (IMC) based at the Brisbane convention centre.

Host Broadcast pool footage will also be available from other events not designated for live coverage.

All coverage is available at the IMC and will also be delivered to each broadcaster’s space as well as a Sydney gateway and earth station at no cost to accredited broadcasters.

A summit of Head of State and Government of the G20 member nations will be held in Brisbane, Australia from 15-16 November 2014.

The members of the G20 are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union. Each year the G20 president invites several guest countries to participate in G20 events and contribute to the agenda.
