BOGOTA, COLOMBIA | 24-26 MAY 2014

Colombians go to the polls on May 25.

The incumbent President aims to stay in power for another term and he hopes a negotiated peace with armed rebels will be the way to do so. President Juan Manuel Santos’ political adversaries argue the 50 year old armed conflict in Colombia is not the only issue Colombians have in mind, but it is a key step towards the Narino Palace

Whomever wins this elections in Colombia will no doubt have to deal with how to govern in a post conflict era.
